I would like to take this opportunity to say how much we appreciated the excellent service we received from M & M Memorials. Our dear mother passed away in 2020 during the Pandemic. This was a devastating time for my father and all the family, made even more traumatic as my dear mum was denied the funeral she deserved. From the first communication I had with Laura via telephone I was most impressed by her professionalism,, compassion and well informed advice she offered, which reassured us that we would choose M & M Memorial to supply my mothers memorial. Throughout the time awaiting the completion of the stone we were regularly in contact with both Laura and Frances who were very informative and had such a lovely manner. The week my mother’s stone was due to be completed and erected we were informed that there was a bereavement in the family business…Mr Mooney. Despite this sad news I received an unexpected call from Richard the son- in- law of Mr Mooney who advised he would erect my mother’s stone on the Saturday as he was aware my mums birthday was on the Tuesday. We were so touched and humbled that despite experiencing his own bereavement he took time to erect my mums stone which meant so much to dad. I cannot thank Laura, Frances and Richard enough for their exceptional service and professionalism. We require repair work on our grans memorial stone and will have no hesitation calling on the services of M & M Sculptors in the future. Our deepest Sympathy and thoughts to all the family.. What an amazing and beautiful job M & M memorials did for my dads headstone. It’s just as beautiful in the day light as it is in the dark we are all very happy with how it has turned out.
